Not to mention our very own London Dry Gin distilled on site to our own unique recipe in the world’s first airport gin distillery. At its heart The Nicholas Culpeper is a classic British pub serving; handpulled cask ales, local craft beers and an extensive wine list. At The Nicholas Culpeper our chefs believe “fresh is best” so they make all of our dishes from scratch using great raw ingredients. Famous for our; full English breakfast, gin cured smoked salmon, fish and chips, Foxham Farm burgers, foot-long pork scratchings and soft-yolk chorizo scotch eggs.
