Inspired by the rich history of Gatwick and the surrounding areas, Sussex House is an airport space like no other. A calming oasis of art, creativity and flavour – we have developed a delicious menu with something for every guest. Alongside crowd pleasers like our Full English and Fish & Chips, we have signature specials to surprise and delight – from our Smashed Avocado Croissant, topped with a poached egg, crumbled feta and chilli oil, to our cheeseboard, which is packed full of local cheeses, to our stunning handmade pork & chorizo scotch egg. Not only is our food incredible, our drinks menu is too – and includes our own Sussex Garden gin which is distilled right here in Gatwick.
