OUR VISION
AT TRGC, WE KNOW WE ARE A PART OF A MUCH BIGGER PICTURE.
As a company, we are committed to doing business responsibly and acknowledge that TRGC have a significant role to play in the communities in which we operate, and in the wider environmental impact of our work. We are proud to be part of some incredible initiatives.

Sustainability at TRGC
Our impact on the environment is one of the most important aspects of our business plan going forward, and we are committed to being as sustainable as possible. We do not control all the levers, but everything we do impact, we are determined to become as environmentally responsible as we cab. We are committed to Net Zero by 2040, and we’re always innovating to ensure we at least hit that target, at best achieve this goal even earlier.
Charity
At TRGC, we support meaningful charitable partnerships that create both local and global impact. Since 2013, we have worked with School Club Zambia, raising over £71,000, primarily through selected dish sales, to help provide sustainable education and improve employment opportunities within Zambian communities. More recently, in 2024, we partnered with Shout, the UK’s first 24/7 mental health text service, contributing through customer donations via Pennies and employee volunteering commitments. Although still in its early stages, this partnership is already delivering strong fundraising results, reflecting TRGC’s commitment to supporting both community development and mental health initiatives.

Cultural Statement
At TRGC, our culture is built on people and belonging. TRGC is more than a workplace — it’s a community built on trust. Our Engagement Survey gives everyone a safe way to share ideas and concerns, shaping decisions and leadership actions. We act on feedback and share progress openly. Across teams we promote respect, collaboration, and care, celebrating success and supporting challenges. We value diverse perspectives and inclusion, empowering every voice. By listening and strengthening relationships, we ensure it remains a great place to work today and in the future.
